海南省恶性疟原虫cg2基因ω重复区多态性与氯喹抗性关系分析

摘 要 目的 了解海南省恶性疟原虫cg2基因ω重复区多态性与氯喹抗性的关系。方法 采用套式PCR技术特异扩增恶性疟原虫海南分离株cg2基因ω重复区,并对部分目的基因片段进行直接测序和序列分析。结果 氯喹抗性株和敏感株均可扩增得到cg2基因ω重复区,大小约在180 bp至550 bp之间。结论 海南省恶性疟原虫cg2基因ω重复区多态性与氯喹抗性没有明显关系。关键词 恶性疟原虫;氯喹抗性;cg2基因多态性;套式PCR
Polymorphism analysis of the cg2 gene ω repeat region and the relationship with chloroquine resistance of Plasmodium falciparum isolates from Hainan Province

Abstract Objective To study the correlation between the Chloroquine resistance and cg2 gene ω repeat region of Plasmodium falciparum isolates from Hainan Province. Methods Nested PCR technique was applied to amplify the cg2 gene ω repeat region of P.falciparum isolates from Hainan Province. Some PCR products were directly sequenced for the polymorphism analysis. Results Both Chloroquine resistant(CQR)and Chloroquine sensitive(CQS) isolates produced cg2 gene ω repeat region products with the sizes from 180bp to 550bp. Conclusion There is no obvious correlation between the cg2 gene ω repeat region polymorphism and Chloroquine resistance of P.falciparum isolates from Hainan Province. ......
