     [摘要] 目的：为进一步提高标本的阳性率，提高对肺癌的阳性诊断率。方法：对102例临床和放射学检查后需做纤维支气管镜的患者，留取针吸液及刷片两种标本共同进行细胞学诊断。结果：通过细胞学明确诊断为肺癌59例，总阳性率58%，针吸阳性率39.2%，刷片阳性率44.1%。结论:纤维支气管刷片与细针吸取合同并用增加了查出肺癌的阳性诊断率。

    Abstract：Objective To improve the positive rates in the diagnosis of lung cancer.Methods 102 cases of doubtful lung cancer with clinical and Xray symptoms that need examined by transbronchial needle aspiration and brush biopsy simultaneously.Results 59 cases were identified as lung cancer by cytology examination.The total positive rates are 58%.the positive rates of the transbronchial needle aspiration and brush biopsy were 39.2%,44.1%.Conclusions Combination of these two methods would further elevate the diagnostic potential in lung cancer. ......
