人参皂甙抗皮肤衰老作用实验研究

摘 要 目的:观察人参皂甙内服抗皮肤衰老作用。方法 :昆明种小鼠每日颈背部皮下注注射D-半乳糖(1000 mg/kg)造成小鼠衰老模型,同时灌胃人参皂甙100 、50 mg/(kg·d), 42 d后,测定小鼠背部皮肤组织匀浆中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化脂质代谢产物丙二醛(MDA)及皮肤羟脯氨酸含量,并测定全血中过氧化氢酶(CAT)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶( GSH-Px)活性。 结果:人参皂甙(100 mg/kg·d-1)使D-半乳糖所致的衰老模型小鼠皮肤中SOD活力、羟脯氨酸含量明显升高,MDA含量显著降低,血中CAT、 GSH-Px活力显著升高,差异均有显著性,而人参皂甙(50 mg/kg·d-1)组则上述作用不明显。 结论:人参皂甙(100 mg/kg·d-1) 灌胃对D-半乳糖所致衰老小鼠皮肤有明显的抗衰老作用。关键词 皮肤; 衰老;D-半乳糖;人参皂甙
Experimental study on antiaging effect of Ginsenosides on skin of the aging model mice induced by Dgalactose

Abstract Objectives: To investigate the antiaging effect of Ginsenosides on skin. Methods: The aging mice model were established by subcutaneous administration with a dose of Dgalactose(1000 mg/kg·d-1) to female mice for 6 weeks. In the mean time,the mice received Ginsenosides(100 mg/kg·d-1 or 50 mg/kg·d-1) by intragastric administration. After 42 days, the SOD activity, the MDA and hydroxyproline contents in skin and the CAT and GSHPx activities in whole blood were determined. Results: The results showed that with the dosage of 100 mg/kg·d-1Ginsenosides could significantly increase the SOD activity in skin and the CAT and GSHPx activities in whole blood,decrease the content of MDA in skin and increase the gydroxyproline content of dermal tissue in model mice. Conclusions: Ginsenosides(100 mg/kg·d-1) has obvious antiaging effects on aging mice's skin. ......
