【摘要】 目的 应用多层螺旋CT扫描数据的回顾性后处理，产生高质量三维尿路成像，提高下腔静脉后输尿管的影像诊断水平。方法 对8例疑下腔静脉后输尿管畸形的病例进行多层螺旋CT三维尿路成像(MSCTU)。结果 全部病例行B超、IVU、经MSCTU确诊，其中6例行逆行造影(RP)。临床治疗采用输尿管复位矫正术，术后8例获随访，随访期限6～24个月，症状消失，肾积水均有不同程度改善，吻合口无狭窄。结论 下腔静脉后输尿管是一种极少见的腔静脉发育畸形，主要依据影像学检查，B超、IVP、RP是主要的方法，而MSCTU检查使病变与周围结构的空间关系更直观，为轴位图像提供补充信息，使病变情况一目了然，帮助制定手术计划，是诊断本病理想的方法。

    Value of multislice spiral CT 3D imaging in the diagnosis of retrocaval ureter

    【Abstract】 Objective To explore the applicable value of multislice spiral CT (MSCT) 3D imaging for the diagnosis of retrocaval ureter.Methods Post-processing of MSCT to 3D imaging [MSCT urography (MSCTU)] of 8 cases of suspected retrocaval ureter was carried out.Results All the 8 cases were confirmed of retrocaval ureter by B mode ultrsound,intravenous urography (IVU),MSCT and 6 case underwent retrograde pyelography (RP).Surgical treatment was performed in 8 cases.Clinic Symptoms disappeared and hydronephrosis relieved in various degree without anastomotic stenosis during following-up of 6～24 monthes.Conclusion Retrocaval ureter is rare in clinic practice and diagnosed mainly by imagiological examination such as ultrasound,IVP and RP.MSCTU can provide derect image of spatial relationship of focus with surrounding organs,which is beneficial for surgical therapy planning. ......
