法测定对乙酰氨基酚泡腾片含量

     摘要目的：采用高效液相色谱法测定对乙酰氨基酚泡腾片中对乙酰氨基酚含量。方法：以ODS C18柱为色谱柱，ψ(甲醇∶pH4.5磷酸盐缓冲液)＝20∶80为流动相，流速1.2 mL/min,检测波长254 nm。结果：对乙酰氨基酚在0.02~0.25 mg/mL内，峰面积与浓度呈良好线性关系(r=0.9999),回收率99.85%,RSD=0.88%(n=6)。结论：本法能简单、准确、可靠地测定对乙酰氨基酚泡腾片中对乙酰氨基酚含量。

    Determination of paracetamol in paracetamol effervessentes tablets by HPLC

    Abstract Objective:RPHPLC method for the determination of paracetamol in paracetamol effervessentes tablets was established. Method: An ODS C18column was used with the mobile phase of methanol∶salt phosphate buffer (20∶80),at the detection wavelength of 254 nm.The flow rate was 1.2 mL/min. Results:The calibration curve of the peak and the concentration was linear in the range of 002~0.25 mg/mL (r=0.9999). The recovery was 99.85%,RSD was 0.88%(n=6).Conclusion:The method is simple,accurate and well reproducible in the determination of paracetamol in paracetamol effervessentes tablets. ......
