短期化疗后结核病痰菌阴转情况分析报告

     [摘要] 目的：了解结核病短期化疗后痰菌阴转情况以及耐药与敏感病例痰菌阴转率比较，制定合理化疗方案，减少结核病复发，提高结核病的治愈率。方法：对488例肺结核病患者痰菌阳性的耐药性监测结果，分敏感组和耐药组与痰菌转阴情况进行对照分析。结果：经耐药监测试验488例中敏感386例，耐药102例，总耐药率20.9%，敏感组痰菌转阴375例，阴转率97.1%，耐药组痰菌转阴86例，阴转率84.3%，耐1药、耐2药、耐3药和耐4药痰菌阴转率分别为96.0%、92.6%、64.7%和25.0%。结论：敏感组与耐药组、耐1药与耐多药痰菌阴转情况差异有显著性。

    Abstract:Objective To observe the situation of the situation of the tuberculosis turn to negative and the compare of the sputum negative conversion rate from the case of the drug positive patient to the case of the drug positive patient.Make a aptitude treatment,slow down the relapse tuberculosis case,upgrade the overall cure rate.Methods For 488 results of the drug test from the positive tuberculosis,analysis them who were made into drug positive team and the drug negative team.Results The number of the drug positive term is 386,the number of the drug negative term is 102.The whole drug negative rate is 20.9% .the number of the drug positive term turn to negative is 375,it's sputum negative conversion rate is 97.1%.The number of the drug negative term to negative is 86,it's sputum negative conversion rate is84.3%.the sputum negative conversion rates which were from the one drug negative term,two drug negative term,three drug negative term and the four drug negative term are 96.0%,92.6%,64.7%,25.0%.Conclusion It has large different about the sputum negative conversion from the drug negative term and drug positive term. ......
