火焰原子吸收光谱法快速测定人参中钙镁

     摘 要 目的与方法 用悬浮液技术及非完全消化法2种样品处理技术分别处理人参样品,建立了悬浮液技术或非完全消化-火焰原子吸收光谱法快速测定人参中钙、镁的分析方法。结果与结论 试验表明,在悬浮液中加入适量盐酸可显著提高被测元素的吸光度,试液的黏度与空白溶液的一致,无背景吸收干扰。以La3+作为释放剂,用工作曲线法测定。测定结果的RSD值小于2.6%,测定结果与灰化法一致,RSD小于±2.3%。方法简便、准确。

    Rapid determination of calcium,magnesium in ginseng by flame atomic absorption spectrometry

    Abstract Objective and Methods Treat the ginseng sample with two pretreatment techniques of suspension technique and incomplete digestion method,respectively.A FAAS method for rapid determination of calcium and magnesium in ginseng with suspension technique or incomplete digestion method has been developed. Results and Conclusion The test indicated that in suspension method absorbanses of determined element were markedly increased by adding suitable amount of hydrochloric acid into the test solution, viscosity of test solution is identical with its blank solution and there is not background absorption interference.La3+ was used as releasing agent.The working curve method was used for the demination.The relative standard deviations were less than 2.6%.The determination results were consistent with those obtained by ashing method.The relative errors between them were less than ±2.3%.This method was convenient and accurate. ......
