【摘要】 目的 了解本社区卫生服务中心门诊糖尿病发病情况以及糖尿病患者管理,掌握糖尿病患者服药情况及并发症发生。方法 调查临汾社区卫生服务中心门诊2005年6～9月糖尿病就诊患者410例。结果 目前社区糖尿病患者使用降糖药物仍以磺脲类为主,糖尿病的控制不良占70.49%。结论 糖尿病有逐年上升趋势。

    Investigation on diabetes patients of Linfen community healthy service center

    【Abstract】 Objective To survey the morbidity of diabetes patients, the drugs they took and the complications they had among the out-patients in community healthy service center. Methods 410 diabetes out-patients who consulted during June to September in 2005 were surveyed.Results 70.49 percent of the patients hadn’t their blood sugar under control.Conclusion There was a rise in diabetes morbidity, sulphonylurea was the chief drug among the used.
