     [摘要] 目的：总结鼻咽侧位片在诊断儿童腺样体肥大中的应用价值。方法：病变组55例，对照组30例，均常规摄吸气期鼻咽侧位平片。采用测A/n比值及平行曲线法阅片。结果：正常组30例的A/n比值均≤0.60。55例腺样体肥大组的A/n比值均≥0.65，其中A/n比值为0.65~0.75者24例，>0.75者31例。结论：鼻咽侧位片是诊断腺样体肥大简单而准确的方法。

    Value of Nasopharyngeal Lateral Film in Diagnosis of Adenoid Hypertrophy in Children

    Abstract：Objective To investigate the value of nasopharyngeal lateral film in diagnosis of adenoid hypertrophy in children.Methods Fiftyfive cases were diagnosed with adenoid hypertrophy and 30 cases were collected as normal control group. Nasopharyngeal lateral film were taken for both groups.Results The A/n ratios in normal group were≤0.60.In study group,all their A/n ratios were ≥0.65.24 cases of them were 0.65~0.75 and 31 cases were >0.75.Conclusion Nasopharyngeal lateral film is a simple and effective examination in diagnosis of adenoid hypertrophy in children.
