     【摘要】 近年来,随着传统抗生素抗药性的产生,人们对于抗菌肽的研究日益关注。本文主要对于抗菌肽的分类及结构特征、生物学特性、作用机理、分子生物学研究进展、应用与人工合成等方面进行综述。人们期望通过理论研究,探讨ABP的应用开发价值,由于抗菌肽特殊的作用机制为传统抗生素的耐药性这一棘手的世纪难题提供了新的契机,努力使之成为继青霉素等传统抗生素之后又一类重要的新型抗菌药物。研究发现,某些ABP除了具有广谱强力的抗细菌活性外,同时还具有高效的抗真菌、抗病毒、抗肿瘤的活性。

    Advances in the studies of antibacterial peptides

    【Abstract】 With the resistance to conventional antibiotics giving into birth, we have paid more attention to the studies of antibacterial peptides recently. The primary aim of this paper is to demonstrate the relative studies in terms of antibacterial peptides: classifications, structures, operational principles, advances in molecular biology, applications and syntheses. Through theoretical study, people expect to discover applications of antibacterial peptides. As it’s operational principles are special, ABP offers a new way of avoiding resistance to conventional antibiotics. The investigations indicate that some ABP not only were against broadly bacterial infections but also were to active fungus, virus and cancer cells. ......
