【摘要】 目的 通过电子病历一卡通系统的研究，指导IT行业和医疗行业的研发与应用，完成医疗卫生行业规划80%医院实现信息化管理的目标，真正实现医院以病人为中心的全面信息管理的“数字化医院”。方法 利用信息存储技术、网络技术、智能卡技术对患者就诊实行先进的计算机网络管理。实现电子病历与一卡通技术的结合。结果 电子病历一卡通的实现促进医疗决策效率与医院管理水平的提高和医疗成本的降低,将促进临床科学研究的进一步深入。结论 本课题的研究不仅具有很强的现实意义,而且体现了先进性、前瞻性、可操作性和潜在的社会经济价值。
