【摘要】 目的 观察通腑汤促进腹部术后胃肠功能恢复的临床疗效。方法 将140例腹部手术患者随机分为2组。对照组70例采用常规方法且术后早期指导患者床上、床下活动。治疗组70例在对照组治疗基础上口服或鼻饲通腑汤。观察2组患者术后胃动力、腹胀程度、肠鸣音恢复时间和肛门排气时间情况。结果 对照组总有效率77.1%，治疗组总有效率91.4%，2组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)；2组患者术后在胃肠功能恢复、临床症状积分方面比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论 通腑汤对腹部术后胃肠功能的恢复可起到促进作用。

    Clinical research of Tongfu Decoction on gastrointestinal function after abdomial operation

    【Abstracts】 Objective To observe the improvement of gastroentestinal function in patients underwent abdominal operation treated with Tongfu Decoction. Methods 140 patients underwent abdominal operation were randomly divided into two groups.70 patients in the control groups were treated with route methods and 70 patients were administered Tongfu Decoction on the basis of route methods. Gastrointestinal motility, the degree of bloating, bowel sound recover time and the time of passage of gas by anus were investigated in both groups. Results The total effective rate in the treatment and the control group was 91.4% and 77.1% respectively (P<0.05). The improvement of gastrointestinal motility, the bowel sound recover time and the time of passage of gas by anus were significant improved (P<0.05). Conclusion Tongfu Decoction can promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function after abdominal operation. ......
