【摘要】 目的 研究长期单采血浆生理指标和免疫的变化。方法 测量单采血浆者体内电解质、血细胞，血浆总蛋白与白蛋白进行采前与采后比较，免疫球蛋白、Fn与对照组比较。结果 电解质、血浆总蛋白、白蛋白、免疫球蛋白与Fn无统计学意义，血细胞中白细胞与血小板有统计学意义，但变化在正常范围。结论 长期单采血浆人体血液学指标5天后恢复正常。

    【Abstract】 Objective Long-term machine collection of plasma to observe the effects of hematology indicatrix and immunity.Methods Compare with machine collection of plasma for successive contrast, blood cell, plasma protein, albumin, hemoglobin; compare with control group for immune globulin, fibrin.Results There was no significant difference compared with immune globulin, fibrin, plasma protein, albumin, hemoglobin(P>0.05),except the white blood cell(P<0.05) and platelet counts(P<0.01), with no significant difference compared with control group(P>0.05).Conclusion It was no significant difference to long-term machine collection of plasma for human body ......
