     [摘要] 本文报道肺挫裂伤128例，根据本组资料的观察将其X线表现的形态归纳为肺挫伤、肺撕裂伤、肺血肿3种类型，并就它们的X线表现及其病理基础作简要的分析。同时指出对于肺挫裂伤的患者，进行连续胸部X线照片检查是非常必要的。

    Xray Diagnosis of Pulmonary Parenchyma Wounded

    Abstract：This paper reported 128 cass with pulmonary parenchyma wounded.According to the observation of this group of the Xray features of pulmonary.parechyma wounded were divided into three types：contustion.laceration and hematoma of lung.The radiologic appearances and patyologic bases.Were briefly analysed.The authors propose that it is necessary for the patients.With pulmonary parenchyma.Wounded to take consecutively Xray examination.
