【摘要】 目的 观察培达治疗老年人高粘血症的临床疗效。方法 治疗组35例，予培达100mg，2次/d，口服；对照组30例，予银杏叶胶囊，2粒，3次/d，口服，两组总疗程均为12周。结果 对照组第12周末较治疗前全血粘度、红细胞压积显著降低，培达组第6周末较治疗前血小板聚集率、全血粘度、纤维蛋白原、红细胞压积即有显著降低，第12周末能维持此疗效。结论 培达对老年人高粘血症中、短期疗效显著、安全。

    Observation on the clinical efficacy of pletaal in treatment of the elderly hyperviscosity

    【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of pletaal in treatment of the elderly hyperviscosity.Methods 35 cases in treatment group who oral pletaal tablets 100mg twice per day and 30 cases in control group who oral YinXingYe capsule 2＃ three times per day for 12 weeks.Results In the end of 12 weeks,blood viscosity and HCT in control group were prominently lower than those in before therapy.In the end of 6 weeks,platelet aggregability,blood viscosity,fibrinogen and HCT were prominently lower than in before therapy.It could maintain the therapy efficacy in the end of 12 weeks.Conclusion It were prominently efficacy and safe of pletaal to treat the elderly hyperviscosity in short-middle period. ......
