【摘要】 目的 探讨输卵管妊娠的临床病理。方法 本文对125例输卵管妊娠进行回顾性分析，对部分置宫内节育器者的输卵管黏膜做了透射电镜观察。结果 输卵管本身病变以慢性非特异性炎症为主。结论 管壁脂肪组织浸润为致孕之原因。

    Clinicopathologic analysis of 125 cases of tubal pregnancy

    【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinicpathology of tubal pregnancy.Methods Analysis of 125 cases of tubal pregnancy has been carried out in our hospital during 1995～2005.Results The ratio of the tubal pregnancy with the normal pregnancy is 1:133.The morbidity is 7%.The main pathological changes of the Fallopian tubes itself is chronic nonspecific inflammation.It is indicated that the fatty infiltration of the tubal wall was the cause of tubal with IUD.Conclusion The mechanism of the tubal pregnancy and the relationship between IUD and tubal sterilization with tubal pregnancy were emphatically discussed.To avoid the misdiagnosis erroneoully and diagnosis early,some methods of examination and combination with clinical symptom were emphatically adapted. ......
