【摘要】目的：探讨痰热清注射液治疗急性肺炎的临床效果。方法：将136例病人随机分为治疗组(68例)和对照组(68例)。在基础治疗完全相同的同时，治疗组加用痰热清注射液20ml加入5%葡萄糖液250ml中稀释后静脉滴注，每天1次，12天为一疗程；对照组给予生理盐水20ml加入5%葡萄糖注射液250ml中稀释后静脉滴注，每日1次，12天为一疗程。 治疗前后测定，比较其结果及疗效。结果：两组总有效率分别为治疗组92.65%，对照组83.82%(P<0.05)，比较有显著性差异。结论：痰热清注射液对急性肺炎疗效肯定，且不良反应少。

    【Abstract】Objective：To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of TanReqing Injection in the treatment of acute pneumoniae.
