产后出血114例临床分析

     [摘要] 目的：探讨产后出血发生的原因及防治措施。方法：对该院产科2001年1月至2004年12月间所发生的产后出血进行回顾性分析。结果：4 a间发生产后出血114例，发生率为1.36%，发生原因为子宫收缩乏力、胎盘因素、产道损伤、羊水栓塞。结论：加强产前、产时、产后围产期保健、提高产科质量，正确处理产程可以减少产后出血的发生，降低因产后出血引起的合并症及孕产妇死亡率。

    Clinical Analysis on 114 Cases of Postpartum Hemorrhage

    Abstract：Objective To explore the reasons and prevention measures of postpartum hemorrhage.Methods To analysis all cases of postpartum hemorrhage happened in the maternity dept of our hospital from Jan,2001 to Dec,2004.Results 114 cases of postpartum hemorrhage were happened (taking 1.36%) caused by weary uterus systole, injury of birth canal,placenta factors and so on.Conclusion It is important to adopt the corresponding measures,including strengthening the health care during the birth time,dealing correctly with birth stage, reducing the postpartum hemorrhage happening to reduce the infection and death rate of lyingin women. ......
