[摘 要] 目的:通过血清糖化白蛋白测定,反映糖尿病患者过去2周～3周的血糖水平。方法:207例无糖尿病正常体检人员检测血糖及血清糖化白蛋白;68例糖尿病患者血清糖化白蛋白、血糖、糖化血红蛋白的跟踪检测。结果:跟踪68例糖尿病患者血糖、血清糖化白蛋白、糖化血红蛋白统计相关性分别为0.680 5、0.621 5、0.705 8,经t值检验,P<0.01,三者之间显示高度相关。ADVIA1650生化分析仪与Roche MODULAR生化分析仪上测定结果,r=0.989 1。结论:血清糖化白蛋白的检测可反映糖尿病患者过去2周～3周血糖情况，适用于不同的生化分析仪上检测使用。[关键词] 糖尿病;血糖;糖化白蛋白;糖化血红蛋白
Application of Serum Glycated Albumin Test in Controling Diabetes XU

Abstract:Objective To explore the levels of serum glucoseinpast 2~3 weeks by measurement of serum glycated albmin.Methods Glucose，glycated albumin and glycated hemoglobin were measured in the sera from 207 control subjects,68 patients with diabetes.Results The correlative coefficient of 68 regular diabetes with serum glucose、serum glycated albumin and glycated hemoglobin were 0.6805,0.6215 and 0.7058 respectively.Among them showed a significant relation(P<0.001).The results between Bayer ADVIA1650 and Roche MODULAR,the correlative coefficient is 0.9891.Conclusion The detection of serum glycated albmin may reflect diabetics the condition of serum glucose in past 2~3 week,and can be used in different automated chemistry analyzer. ......
