【摘要】 目的 了解浙江省舟山市6～13岁儿童单纯性肥胖的患病情况，以便对肥胖儿童实施有效干预提供依据。 方法 对该地区3536名6～13岁儿童进行相关情况的问卷调查和身高、体重测量，并进行统计学分析。 结果 舟山市6～13岁儿童肥胖检出率为4.3%，其中男童为4.9%，女童为3.6%，差异有统计学意义;同一地理环境、不同居住区域儿童肥胖检出率差异有统计学意义，城区、农区、渔区检出率分别为6.3%，2.6%，2.5%。 结论 定期监测体重和身高的变化情况，指导家长及儿童建立健康的饮食和生活方式对预防儿童肥胖非常重要。预防儿童肥胖的重点应放在城市地区。
