【摘要】 目的 比较阴道B超与宫腔镜诊断子宫内膜息肉的优劣。方法 选取50例已确诊子宫内膜息肉的患者。结果 宫腔镜发现子宫内膜息肉30例，占60%，阴道B超发现子宫内膜息肉20例，占40%；两者比较差异有显著性(P>0.05)。结论 宫腔镜诊断子宫内膜息肉准确性高于阴道B超，但其费用高及操作较阴道B超复杂，可反复检查，阴道B超可用于普查。【关键词】 阴道B超； 宫腔镜； 子宫内膜息肉
Comparison of diagnosis in endometrial polyps using intravaginal ultrasonography and hysteroscopy

【Abstract】 Objective To compare the difference for diagnosis endometrial polyps using transvaginal ultrasound and hysteroscopy.Methods 50 cases of endometrial polyps comfirmed by pathology were analyzed retrospectively.Results 20 cases of endometrial polyps were accurately diagnosed by transvaginal ultrasound,while 30 cases did by hysteroscopy.Conclusion Diagnosis endometrial polyps using hysteroscopy was more accurately than transvaginal ultrasound,but its more expensive and complex than that of ultrasound. Transvaginal ultrasound can used for check-up. ......
