【摘要】 目的 了解南京、温州、嘉兴和深圳4个城市12所健康促进学校的创建现状，为健康促进学校的创建工作提供参考。 方法 随机抽取4个城市12所学校的923名学生进行问卷调查。 结果 90.1%的学生树立了“健康第一”的理念;学生的大部分健康相关知识知晓率和相关态度持有率及健康行为发生率较高，但对平衡膳食和烟草危害的认知率较低，分别只有24.2%和17.5%;学生的健康状况较好;学校的社会环境融洽，能有效提供卫生服务;80%以上的学生在学校里获得过健康相关知识，89.3%的学生上学期参加过1次以上以健康为主题的校园活动;过去1a内，61.6%的学生曾参加过2次以上学校组织的校外健康活动。 结论 学校健康促进学校的创建工作已经初见成效，但还存在一些问题，需要针对发现的问题予以改进。

    【Abstract】 Objective To study the status of12health-promoting schools in Nanjing，Wenzhou，Jiaxing and Shenzhen，and to provide reference for Health-promoting School(HPS)construction work.Methods Twelve schools were randomly sampled from HPSs in four cities.Nine hundred and twenty-three students were chosen to complete the questionnaire.Results About90.1%of the students had built up the concept that“health is the most important thing”.The majority of the knowledge，attitude and practice related to health of the students were sufficient except that only24.2%and17.5%had correct knowledge on nutrition and tobacco.Students'health status ......
