    【Abstract】 AIM： To investigate the prevalence of unpalpable dorsalis pedis artery pulse in Chinese patients with type 2 diabetes. METHODS： Dorsalis pedis artery pulse was examined in 4675 cases of type 2 diabetes,based on the palpation. All patients were divided into the group A (normal pulse) and group B (obviously decreased or no pulse). The related risk factors of artherosclerosis were analyzed.
