【摘要】目的：测定五子丸中五味子醇甲的含量。方法：采用高效液相色谱法。迪马公司Dismonsil^TM C18(5μm，4.6×250mmm)色谱柱，以甲醇一水(65：35)溶剂为流动相，流速1.0ml/min；检测波长为250nm，柱温为(40±1)℃。结果：在测定浓度范围内线性关系较好，r=0.99995；回收率的平均值为97.6%，RSD为0.99%。结论：方法简便快捷，分离度好，灵敏度高，且时间较短，可作为控制五子丸质量的方法。

    Determination of Sechizandrol A in WuZi pill by HPLC

    【Abstract】Objective：To establish a method of determination of Schisandrol A in WuZi pills. Methods：HPLC was used. Diamonsil^TM C₁₈ colunm (5μm, 4.6mm×25mm), methanol-water (65：35) as mobile phase, with detection at 250nm, flow rate 1.0ml·min^-1 and column temperature 40℃. Results：The calibration curve was linear (r=0.99995), the mean recovery was 100.58%, the precision RSD was 0.59(n=5). Conlusion：this method is simple quick and high sensitivity, and short time, it provides a quality control methods for WuZi pills.
