【摘要】 目的 观察鼻中隔矫正术及下鼻甲部分切除术治疗变应性鼻炎的临床疗效。方法 195例变应性鼻炎患者分为手术治疗组和保守治疗对照组。治疗组120例采用鼻中隔矫正术及下鼻甲部分切除术，对照组75例采用抗过敏药口服，1%麻可滴鼻液滴鼻。结果 治疗组显效53例，有效52例，总有效率87.5%；对照组显效10例，有效28例，总有效率50.7%。两组疗效差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论 鼻中隔矫正术及下鼻甲部分切除术治疗变应性鼻炎疗效显著，值得临床应用。

    【Abstract】 Objective To study the clinical effects of the septum rectifying procedure and partial inferior turbinectomy on allergic rhinitis.Methods 195 cases of allergic rhinitis were divided into two groups:operation group and conservative treatment group.120 cases in the operation group were treated the septum rectifying and partial inferior turbinectomy,the cases in conservative treatment group were administrated orally antisensitive agents,and 1% compound cortisone and ephedrine nasal drops.Results In the operation group,obvious effect were in 53 cases,efficacious(E)were in 59 cases,the overall response rate was 87.5%.In the conservative treatment group,obvious efficacy were in 10 cases,efficacious were in 28 cases,the overall response rate was 50.7%.Conclusion The septum rectifying procedure and partial inferior turbinectomy for the treatment of allergic rhinitis are very successful. ......
