保留肛垫缝悬内注射治疗环状混合痔的临床观察

摘要 目的：探讨保留肛垫缝悬内注射治疗环状混合痔的临床效果。方法：观察组采用外痔分段切除、痔动脉根部缝扎及悬吊、内痔注射的手术方法，对照组分别采用痔上黏膜环切术(PPH术)和传统的外剥内扎术(MM术)。结果：观察组术后疼痛、出血、大便失禁发生率低于外剥内扎术(P<0.01)，创面愈合时间较外剥内扎术缩短(P<0.01)。观察组术后肛门坠胀、迟发性出血发生率低于PPH术。结论：该方法具有更好的保护肛垫及功能，减少并发症，缩短创面愈合时间等优点。关键词 混合痔；外科手术治疗；PPH；肛垫

Abstract Objective:To evaluate a new operation procedure for the treatment of circumferential mixed hemorrhoids. Methods:The patients with circumferential mixed hemorrhoids were randomly divided into three groups: the study group received combined therapy of resection of segmental external hemorrhoids and injection of internal hemorrhoids (CT group), and the control group received procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoids (PPH group) or MilliganMorgan haemorrhoidectomy (MM group). Results:Postoperative complications include anal pain, bleeding, incontinence, were less in CT group than in MM group (P<0.01). Wound Healing time was 12.31±3.12 days in CT group and 23.36±4.65 day in MM group. Postoperative sense of rectal fullness was less common in CT group than in PPH group. Conclusion:The new technique can decrease postoperative complications with shorter wound healing time. ......
