【摘要】 目的：观察噻奈普汀治疗老年抑郁症的疗效和安全性。方法： 随机将 60例年龄≥60岁的老年抑郁症患者分为多虑平组(30例)和噻奈普汀组(30例)，疗程6周，采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)和副反应量表(TESS)在治疗前和治疗后1、2、4、6周末评定药物疗效和不良反应。结果：两组疗效无显著差异，HAMD总分及各因子分从疗后2周至6周均较治疗前显著降低，两组间比较无显著性差异；治疗结束时TESS评分噻奈普汀组显著低于多虑平组。结论：噻奈普汀疗效好，不良反应少，适合于老年抑郁症特别是伴有躯体疾病患者的治疗，服用方便、安全，可首选使用。

    A control study of Tianeptine and doxepine in the treatment of elderly depressive patients.

    【Abstract】 Objective：To study the efficacy and safety of tianeptine in the treatment of depressive patients. Methods:60 depressed patients were randomized into tianeptine group( n=30) and doxepine (n=30) and studied for 6 weeks. HAMD and TESS were used to assess the efficacy and side effects before and 1week,2weeks, 4weeks and 6weeks after the treatment.Results: There was no significant difference in efficacy between the two groups. HAMD scores and the factor scores from week2 to week 6 decreased dramatically as compared to pretreatment, no significant difference was observed between the two groups. After the trial the TESS scores in tianeptine group were significantly lower than that of doxepine group. Conclusions: tianeptine was an effective, convenient and safe treatment in elderly depressive patients and especially suit to the patients with somatic diseases. It had few side effects and can be a first drug choice. ......
