【摘要】 目的 探讨大剂量赛威对急性白血病患者免疫功能及健康状况的影响。方法 分化疗加赛威组(用药组)和单纯化疗组(对照组)，用药组于化疗同时每日静脉滴注赛威200mg，连续14～21天后检测T淋巴细胞亚群及患者健康状况的变化。结果 用药组化疗后CD3、CD4和CD56阳性百分率及CD4/CD8比值均明显高于本组化疗前和对照组化疗后水平。用药组患者的健康状况也比本组化疗前和对照组化疗后的健康状况好。结论 大剂量赛威可在短时间内提高急性白血病患者机体的免疫功能及健康状况。

    Effects of large dose thymopetide on T-cell subpopulations and healthy condition of patients with acute leukemia

    【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of large dose thymoptide on T-cell subpopulatations and healthy condition of patients with acute leukemia.Methods We divided into two groups: chemotherapy plus large staphylococcin aureus group and simple chemotherapy group.The patients were given thymoptide 200mg/d,iv drip,for 14～21 days.Then,we determined the changes of T-cell subpopulation and healthy condition.Results The positive percentage of CD3、CD4、CD56(NK)、CD4/CD8 and healthy condition after chemotherapy plus large thymoptide group were significantly higher than those before chemotherapy in the same group and those after chemotherapy in the other group.Conclusion Large dose thymoptide could increase immune function and healthy condition of patients with acute leukemia. ......
