微创穿针固定法治疗肱骨外科颈骨折

     【摘要】目的探讨微创穿针固定法治疗肱骨外科颈骨折的治疗方法及效果。方法用微创穿针固定法治疗肱骨外科颈骨折35例，术后随访6～12个月，分析其治疗效果及其并发症。结果本组病例经微创穿针固定法治疗，骨折愈合快，肩关节功能恢复早，优良率达91%以上，手术效果满意。结论微创穿针固定法治疗肱骨外科颈骨折具有创伤小、操作简易、术后能早期功能锻炼、骨折愈合快等优点，是一种值得推广的微创手术。

    Treatment of humerus surgical neck fracture with minimally invasive fixation

    【Abstract】 Objective To explore the method and the effective of minimally invasive fixation to treat humerus surgical neck fractures.Methods There were 35 cases of humerus surgical neck fractures were treated by minimally invasive fixation method.The curative effect and its complication were followedup.The average followup period was 10 months (6 to 12 months).Results The rate of excellent and good result were 91% in this miniinvasive fixation group.The patients were cured more rapidly and the function of the shoulder joint recovered more early.Conclusion The miniinvasive fixation to treat humerus surgical neck fractures has such advantages:less trauma,easy to manipulate,function exercise early,fracture healed rapidly.It was a valuable method. ......
