【摘要】 目的 了解本区肥胖学生肝脏脂肪沉积和肝酶变化的特点。方法 用B超检查121例肥胖和30例对照组学生肝脏脂肪沉积情况；检测88例对肥胖和对照组学生的血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)；研究肝脏脂肪沉积、ALT与年龄、性别和体重的关系。结果 肥胖学生中，存在肝脏脂肪沉积的占37.19%(45/121)，随着体重的增加，肝脏脂肪沉积明显增加，肝脏脂肪沉积在体重超过标准体重20%～30%的学生中为26.37%，在超过30%的学生中高达70.00%。肥胖学生中，ALT>40IU/L的异常者占26.14%(23/88)，随着体重增加，ALT异常率明显上升，ALT异常在体重超过标准体重20%～30%的学生中为0，在超过30%的学生中可以达到34.85%。结论 肥胖学生中存在肝脏脂肪沉积、存在ALT异常，且与体重有关，ALT异常是肝脏脂肪沉积较后期的表现。

    Epidemiologic characteristics of liver fat deposition and hepatic related enzyms changes in obeses students

    【Abstract】 Objective To investigate liver fat deposition and liver function in fat students.Methods We studied 121 obeses students and 30 controls with liver ultrasound examination.Blood samples were taken from 88 obeses students and 88 paired controls for serum ALT measurement.Then studied the correlation among liver fat deposit and age,sex and body weight,and for liver function as well.Results The prevalence of liver fat deposit in obesity were 37.19% (or 45/122).When the body weight increased from 20% to 30% above the standard weight,liver fat deposit rate was 26.37%.When the body weight 30% above the standard weight,liver fat deposit rate was 70.00%.The prevalence of abnormal ALT was 26.14% (or 23/88) in the obesity.When the body weight increased from 20% to 30% above the standard weight,liver fat deposit rate was 0.When the body weight 30% above the standard weight,liver fat deposit rate raised to 34.85% (P<0.01).Conclusion Liver fat deposit and the abnormal ALT were significantly different between the obesity and the control.Body weight was a major factor affecting the liver fat deposition and abnormal ALT.The disorder of ALT was the late finding of the liver fat deposity. ......
