18-氨基酸注射液在全合一营养液中稳定性的研究

     摘 要 目的:研究国产18-氨基酸注射液(12%)在国产注射剂组成的全合一营养液中的稳定性。方法:用18-氨基酸注射液(12%)与脂肪乳剂、葡萄糖、维生素、微量元素、电解质等营养注射剂混合在单一容器——3 L输液袋中,在室温25 ℃放置1 d,移至4 ℃保存8 d后再于25 ℃放置1 d,在此期间分别在0、1、10 d抽样。用氨基酸分析仪测定各种氨基酸的含量,以第0 d分别与第1 d、第10 d比较,观察各种氨基酸的稳定性。结果与结论:观察期内该研究的18-氨基酸注射液在全合一营养液中是稳定的。

    Study on the stability of 18amino acids injection in allinone nutrient admixture

    Abstract Objective: To study the stability of the domestic 18amino acids injection (12% ) in allinone nutrient admixture. Method: 18amino acids injection (12%),fat emulsion,glucose,vitamins,trace elements and electrolytes were mixed in a 3 L infusion bag and stored at 25 ℃ for 1 day,followed by 4 ℃ for 8 days and 25 ℃ for 1 day. The content of the amino acids were determined through an amino acids analyzer on days 0,1 and 10 to evaluate the stability of the amino acids. Result and Conclusion: No significant changes of the content of the 18amino acids injection (12% )occurred during the study period. ......
