【摘要】 目的 探讨设立静脉输液巡视本(以下简称输液巡视本)的管理方法和效果。方法 在我院住院部内科、儿科、外科、妇产科使用输液巡视本。护理部定期进行检查，及时进行整改。结果 自2005年1月开始使用输液巡视本，患者因输液问题发生的床头传呼器使用次数从平均每天11次下降到3次，住院患者对护士服务态度满意度从90%上升为96%。结论 输液巡视本配合静脉输液卡使用后，使静脉输液巡视实行了规范化管理，输液巡视动态管理的可操作性增强，加强了护患沟通和护士之间的协作，同时输液巡视本还可成为评价护士工作质量的客观依据之一。

    Application of the booklet system of veinous transfusion patrol in clinic

    【Abstract】 Objective To study the management method and effect of the construction of the booklet system of veinous transfusion patrol (VTP).Methods To make use of the booklet of VTP in the inpatient department of internal medicine ward,pediatric ward and maternity ward of our hospital.The nursing department checked regularly and adjusted in time.Results After the use of the booklet of VTP from Jan 2005,the sick-bed beeper times arising from vein transfusion decreased by 8 times from 11 times to 3 times per day,and the satisfaction rate towards the service attitude of the nurses rose by 6% from 90% to 96%.Conclusion The followings are achieved by accompany the booklet of VTP with the vein transfusion card:the standardization management of VTP,strengthen the operational possibility of the dynamic management of VTP,enhance the cooperation between the nurses and the patients,and the booklet of VTP can also be used as one of the objective index in the appraisal of the service quality of the nurses. ......
