摘 要 目的：探讨合理的处方工艺，以提高头孢呋辛酯片的溶出度。方法：通过不同组方筛选适宜的辅料和用量，并通过正交试验研究了微晶纤维素的用量、硬度和含水量对头孢呋辛酯片溶出度的影响。结果：微晶纤维素的用量为主药的60%，硬度为4～5 kg，含水量低于2%时，头孢呋辛酯片45 min时的溶出度大于90%。结论：采用合适的辅料与工艺，可显著地改善头孢呋辛酯片的溶出度。关键词 头孢呋辛酯片；制备工艺；溶出度
Study on dissolution of cefuroxime axetil tablets

Abstract Objecyive:To improve the dissolution of cefuroxime axetil tablets. Methods:Different prescriptions were tested to screen the proper excipients and their doses. The orthogonal test design was used to optimize the amount of microcrystalline cellulose, the compaction pressure and the water content for good dissolution. Results:When the amount of microcrystalline cellulose was 60% of cefuroxime axetil,with the compaction pressure of 4~5 kg and the water content less than 2%, the dissolution of cefuroxime axetil tablets was over 90% at 45min. Conclusion: The dissolution of cefuroxime axetil tablets can be greatly improve by using suitable excipients and the technology of preparation. ......
