摘 要 目的: 制备酮康唑微囊,提高酮康唑的稳定性。方法:以明胶-阿拉伯胶作为囊材,用复凝聚法制备酮康唑微囊,采用紫外分光光度法直接测定酮康唑含量。结果:制剂平均体积径为7.99 μm,在质量浓度范围0.05~0.15 mg/mL内吸收度与浓度间线形关系良好(回归方程为A=2.3967C+0.0595 ,r=0.9996,n=5),平均回收率为104.67%±0.76% (n=3),日内差、日间差测定结果证明在室温下产品稳定,平均包封率为37.37%±0.26%(n=3)。结论:所得产品均匀、稳定,含量测定方法简便可靠。关键词 酮康唑;微囊;制备;含量测定
Preparation and Determination of the Microcapsules of Ketoconazole

Abstract Objective: To prepare the microcapsules of ketoconazole and improve its stability . Methods: Using gelatinacacia gum as the sealing material and with the method of phase separationcoacervation,the microcapsules of ketoconazole were prepared. The content of ketoconazole was determined by UV spectrophotometry .Results: The average volume size of the microcapsules was 7.99μm. The excellent linear relationship was obtained within the range of 0.05~0.15 mg/mL(r=0.9996,n=5).The average recovery was 104.67%±0.76% (n=3).The entrapment efficiency was 37.37%±0.26%(n=3). Conclusion The design of the preparation was reasonable. The method for determination was simple,reliable and reproducible. ......
