甲硝唑口颊片的工艺研究

     摘要采用正交试验设计，考察处方工艺中羧甲基纤维素钠的用量、筛网的大小和片剂的硬度对甲硝唑口颊片的质量影响，从而优选甲硝唑口颊片的最佳处方和制备工艺。制备的甲硝唑口颊片各项指标均符合质量标准，20、50和90 min的释放度分别为334%、54.3%和74.1%。

    Technological study of metronidazole buccal tablets

    Abstract In order to optimize the prescription and preparing techniques of metronidazole buccal tablets,the effects of the amount of CMCNa,granulometric size,and the compaction pressure on the quality of metronidazole buccal tablets were studied with orthogonal test. The result showed that the metronidazole buccal tablets prepared could meet all the requirements,with the dissolution of 33.4%,54.3% and 741% at 20 min,50 min and 90 min respectively.
