微波联合化疗对白血病耐药细胞株K562/MDR的作用

     摘 要 目的:研究微波联合化疗药物对白血病耐药细胞株K562/MDR的抑制作用。 方法:用四唑蓝快速比色法(MTT法)检测细胞存活率。 结果:吡柔比星(THP)经20 min 43 ℃水浴加热处理,对K562/MDR的抑制作用明显提高(P<0.05),再联合微波对吡柔比星抑制作用的提高不明显。长春新碱(VCR)经20 min 43 ℃水浴加热处理,对K562/MDR的抑制作用提高不明显,但联合微波后,长春新碱的抑制作用明显提高(P<0.05)。 结论:微波与高温能增加K562/MDR细胞对化疗药物的敏感性。

    Effects of combination of microwave and chemotherapeutic drugs on human multidrugresistant leukemic cell line K562/MDR

    Abstract Objective: To study the effects of microwave combined with chemotherapeutic drugs on human multidrugresistant leukemic cell line K562/MDR. Methods: MTT assay was used to observe the cell surviving fraction (SF). Results: After treated in water bath at 43 ℃ for 20 min,the inhibition effect of pirarubicin (THP) on the K562/MDR cell line was significantly increased (P<0.05). However, when treated in the same fashion, the inhibition effect of vincristine (VCR) was not increased. When combined with microwave,the inhibition effect of VCR was significantly increased,while the effect of THP was not increased. Conclusions: Microwave and hyperthermia can increase the sensitivity of K562/MDR to chemotherapeutic drugs. ......
