摘 要 目的：建立快速、简便的筛选酵母突变株的方法。方法：利用同源重组技术，通过转座子上的LacZ报告基因，从酵母基因组文库中，将发生突变的菌株进行检测，从而筛选出酵母突变株。结果：在X-gal培养基上出现蓝色菌落，即为所需的阳性菌落。结论：利用同源重组技术，初步筛选出所需的酵母突变株，为新的功能性基因组的研究和发展，为基因药物的研究与开发构建平台。

    Screening of mutant yeast strains

    Abstract Objective: To establish a fast, simple method to screen mutant yeast strains. Method: Homologous recombination technology was used to detect mutant yeast strains in yeast genomic library, with reporter gene LacZ in transposon. Result: Blue strains on the X-gal medium were positive one. Conclusion: A platform used to study new functional genome is constructed by homologous recombination technology. The platformmay provide an alternative way in the development of gene medicine.
