摘 要以18β甘草次酸为原料,合成了一种新的甘草次酸盐类衍生物——精氨酸甘草次酸,利用1H NMR、13C NMR、DEPT、1H1H COSY、HMQC、HMBC等1D和2D NMR技术对其碳和氢质子信号进行了全归属,并通过与两种原料化合物核磁共振谱数据的对比,揭示了该成盐反应的作用机制和产物的结构类型。

Abstract A new derivative of glycyrrhetinic acid, arginineglycyrrhetinic acid, was synthesized by the reaction of 18βglycyrrhetinic acid with Larginine. 1H NMR (nuclear magnetic resonance), 13C NMR, distorsionless enhancement by polarization transter (DEPT) and a series of 2D NMR techniques, including heteronuclear multiple quantrum correlation (HMQC), heteronuclear multiple bond correlation (HMBC) and 1H1H correlation spectrometry (COSY), were applied to assign all carbon and proton signals of the product. Moreover, the mechanism of this reaction and the bond type yielded between the two reactants were studied by comparing the NMR data of product and those of reactants. ......
