摘要 :目的 探讨麻醉药物药物不良反应(ADR)国内文献分布的特点和变化规律。 方法 检索中国生物医学文献数据库所收录的麻醉药物ADR文献，并进行统计、分析。 结果 麻醉药物ADR文献分布既集中又分散，麻醉专业期刊的文献量比ADR核心期刊多;文献量近年来上升迅速，其内容涉及静脉、吸入和局部麻醉药;全国各地文献量分布差异较大。 结论 我国麻醉药物ADR已在一定程度上受到重视，该项研究在今后相当长的时间内将会保持迅猛发展的势头。
