假肢安装康复程序探讨

     摘要：[目的]分析目前工伤截肢者假肢安装及康复治疗的优点，存在的问题及解决问题的对策；假肢安装前后日常生活能力比较及心理康复。探讨一条适合于我国工伤患者假肢安装及康复训练程序。[方法]通过对上下肢截肢患者30例临床资料统计，广州工伤康复医院3 a多工伤患者假肢安装、康复训练假肢安装前后的生活能力比较及心理治疗。[结果]30例工伤患者，经过假肢安装及康复训练，身体机能和生活能力及生活质量提高，最大限度的恢复了患者的生活及工作能力。[结论]对截肢术后要尽可能早的安装假肢及康复训练，针对不同情况同时给予病人必要的心理疏导，可取得满意的疗效。

    Abstract [Objective]TO discuss a practicable process for artificial ificial limb installation and rehabilitation training for injuried workers at present in China, by analyzing the advantages, problems and ways to solve problems which exist in the installations and rehabilitation therapies , making comparisons of ADL(activity of daily life)between preinstallation and postinstallation ,and giving mental therapies.[Method]By collecting the data from artificial limb installations, mental therapies ,rehabilitation training and comparisions of ADL between pretreatment and posttreatment of 30 amputees in Guang Zhou Work Injury Rehabilitation Hospital 3 years .[Result]The functions , ADL and life qualities of 30 amputees improve ,and their occupational and living abilities recover in maximum extents.[Conclusion]The more earlier to give artificial limb installation ,training and mental therapy, the more curative effect the patients gain. ......
