【摘要】 目的 探讨反义寡核苷酸是否能抑制H-2Kd在小鼠脾细胞表面的表达。方法 设计合成互补于BALB/C小鼠H-2Kd的反义寡核苷酸并作用于脾LAK细胞，流式细胞术检测靶蛋白的表达率。结果 反义寡核苷酸转染后靶蛋白抑制率明显下降。结论 反义寡核苷酸能明显抑制靶蛋白的表达，从而为进一步研究淋巴细胞表面H-2Kd的功能奠定实验基础。【关键词】 反义寡核苷酸；H-2K；小鼠；基因敲除
