摘要：目的：探讨妊娠合并心脏病对母儿的影响以及内科在诊治该病中的作用。方法：回顾性分析我院1999年1月至2005年7月间诊治62例妊娠合并心脏病患者，在妊娠的不同时期予以内科治疗的临床资料。结果：心律失常是最常见的妊娠合并心脏病。46例妊娠合并心脏病在妊娠早中期内科治疗，心功能多能控制在Ⅰ～Ⅱ级，围产儿死亡0例，早产儿4例，胎儿宫内发育迟缓2例，孕产妇死亡0例；16例妊娠合并心脏病在妊娠晚期开始内科干预，心功能多在Ⅲ～Ⅳ级，围产儿死亡2例，早产儿9例，胎儿宫内发育迟缓4例，孕产妇死亡1例。结论：妊娠合并心脏病是孕产妇和围产儿死亡的重要原因之一，加强孕期监测，早期内科干预，可以改善妊娠结局。

    Clinical Analysis of 62 cases Pregnancy Complicated with Heart Disease

    Abstract: Objective: To study the result of pregnancy complicated with heart disease to infant and pregnancy, and explore the diagnosis and treatment for it. Method: We reviewed the clinical datas of the patients from Jan.1999 to Jul. 2005. Result: Most of the complication is arrythmia. All 46 cases underwent medical treatment. The heart function was in I-II grades. There's no death of infant , 4 of them were premature. 2 with IUGR and no death of parturient. 16 cases with internal medicine intervention and the heart function was in III～IV grades, 2 infants were dead. 9 cases were premature, 4 cases with IUGR. One parturient were dead. Conclusion: The main death reason for infant and parturient is the heart disease complicated of pregnancy. It's important to intervene with internal medicine early to examine for improving the pregnancy sequal. ......
