【摘要】 目的 研究β-内啡肽(β-EP)与无痛性心肌缺血的关系。方法 用放射免疫法检测20例糖尿病、40例无痛性心肌缺血及20例健康志愿者血浆β-EP水平。结果 冠心病患者及糖尿病患者血浆β-EP水平明显高于正常对照组(P<0.01)，冠心病合并糖尿病组β-EP水平与糖尿病组及冠心病无糖尿病组相比差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论 β-Ep可能参与了冠心病的发生。

    【Abstract】 Objective To study the relationship between β-endophin(β-EP)and silent myocardial ischemia.Methods Radioimmunoassay was peformed to measure the levels of plasma β-EP in 20 diabetics,40 patients with silent myocardial ischemia and 20 normal controls.Results The levels of plasma β-EP in diabetics and patients with silent myocardial ischemia were higher than those in normal controls.There were no significant differences of the β-EP levels among diabetes,coronary artery disease complicated by diabetes and coronary artery disease without diabetes.Conclusion It is possible that β-Ep might play a role in the pathogenesis of silent myocardial ischemia. ......
