摘要：目的：在满足高效、安全、方便、价廉的要求下探讨法莫替丁联合阿莫西林、甲硝唑治疗DU合并Hp感染的临床价值。方法：64例经胃镜确诊为DU合并Hp感染的患者，经服用法莫替丁联合阿莫西林、甲硝唑2周，6周后进行胃镜及14C-尿素呼气试验复查。结果：HP根除率为90.2%，溃疡的愈合率为90.2%。结论：此法是一种高效、安全、方便、价廉的治疗方法，临床值得推广。

    Clinical Research on the Famotidine plus the Amoxicillin and Metronidazole Treating the DU Complicating Hp Infection

    Abstract： Objective: Under the condition of high efficiency, safety, convenience and cheapness, the clinical value of the famotidine together with the amoxicillin and metronidazole treating the DU complicating Hp infection is studied. Method: A total of 64 cases of patients who had been diagnosed as DU complicating Hp infection by gastroscope, had taken the famotidine plus the amoxicillin and metronidazole for 2 weeks. After 6 weeks, they were rechecked by the gastroscope and 14C-Urea breath test. Result: The elimination rate for HP was 90.2% and cure rate for ulcer was 90.2%.Conclusion: This is a high-efficiency, safe, convenient and cheap method and is valuable for clinical popularization. ......
