摘要:目的 探讨华枝睾吸虫感染的胆道梗阻性疾病外科治疗后胆道引流的特点。 方法 2001年1月～2004年12月外科治疗华枝睾吸虫感染致胆道梗阻性疾病68例，调查手术后胆道引流管的放置时间、胆汁流量、闭管时间、拔管指征以及预后追踪等情况。 结果 68例胆道梗阻患者全部为华枝睾吸虫感染所致，2例伴有恶性病变，2例伴有重症胆管炎(ACST)，急诊手术32例(47%)。手术后平均胆道引流管放置时间(26.3±3.1)d，3例结石复发2次手术。 结论 华枝睾吸虫感染引起的胆道梗阻性疾病，手术后胆道引流管放置时间相对要长，配合驱虫治疗十分必要，必须反复检测胆汁内无虫卵排出方可拔除引流管。
