摘要：目的与方法：研究晚发性维生素K缺乏致颅内出血治疗临床护理新方法，提高治愈率。我院自2000年至2006年2月对22例晚发性维生素K缺乏致颅内出血患儿采用静滴维生素K，补充凝血因子、输血、吸氧、降颅压、镇静，加强基础护理等综合护理措施，提高治愈率。结果与结论：临床治愈15例，好转4例，有效率达90.5%。加强基础护理，对提高治愈率是不可忽视的环节。

    The Nursing Analysis of 22 cases Intracranial Hemorrhage Resulted from Delayed Vitamin k Deficiency

    Abstract: Objective and Method: To improve the cure rate, We study the new nursing method for intracranial hemorrhage resulted from delayed vitamin K deficiency. 22 cases infant with intracranial hemorrhage resulted from delayed vitamin K deficiency were intravenous with Vk, recruited fibrinogen, with blood transfusion oxygen therapy, encephalic pressure and sedation from 2000 to Feb. 2006. In the mean while we took the basic nursing.
