Abstract
Having enter the new era of knowledge and economy, our society competition is mainly concerned to intelligence and creativity. In terms of the knowledgecondensed medical administration, the former personnel administration mode under the longterm planning economic system cant adapt to the present fierce competition need. It is obliged to change its mode of thinking, recreate new administrative system and build up a modern personnel administrative system suitable for the development of market economy. Only in this way can it exist and develop well.
