    Abstract

    Having enter the new era of knowledge and economy, our society competition is mainly concerned to intelligence and creativity. In terms of the knowledgecondensed medical administration, the former personnel administration mode under the longterm planning economic system cant adapt to the present fierce competition need. It is obliged to change its mode of thinking, recreate new administrative system and build up a modern personnel administrative system suitable for the development of market economy. Only in this way can it exist and develop well.
