【摘要】 目的 探讨67Ga显像对特发性肺纤维化的诊断价值。方法 回顾性分析82例特发性肺纤维化的67Ga胸部显像、胸部X线平片和胸部常规CT的影像学表现。结果 67Ga在肺内放射性浓聚占全肺面积的百分数为67Ga指数(以UI表示)，67Ga指数>50UI为阳性。67Ga显像阳性率为82.9%，明显高于胸部X线平片和胸部常规CT的阳性率(36.6%、62.2%，P<0.05)。结论 67Ga显像对于特发性肺纤维化的诊断具有重要价值。

    【Abstract】 Objective To evalute the diagnostic value of 67Ga scintigraphy for idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis.Methods 67Ga scintigraphy,chest X-ray film and routine CT of 82 cases suffered from IPF were analyzed retrospectively.Results The index of 67Ga was the proportion that 67Ga was accounted in lungs(expressing with UI).It was positive when the index of 67Ga exceeded 50%.The positive rate of 67Ga scintigraphy, chest X-ray film and routine CT were 82.9%,36.6% and 62.2% respectively.The positive rate was significant higher with 67Ga scintigraphy than with chest X-ray film and routine CT(P<0.05). Conclusion 67Ga scintigraphy was a powerful method in diagnosis for IPF. ......
