     【摘要】 目的建立富马酸卢帕他定片含量的HPLC测定法。方法采用DiamonsilTM钻石C18柱(250mm×46mm，5μm)，1%三乙胺(用磷酸调pH70)-甲醇-乙腈(20：100：10)为流动相；流速为10ml/min；检测波长为242nm。结果与结论富马酸卢帕他定在0027～0414mg/ml范围内线性关系良好，方法平均回收率为989%(RSD＝058%)。

    【Abstract】 Objective A HPLC method for determination of Rupatadine Fumarate Tablets was presentedMethods A Diamonsil TM C18 column (250mm×46mm,5μm) was used with mobile phase of 1% triethylamine (adjust pH to 70 with phosphoricacid)-methanol-acetonitrile (20:100:10) at detection wavelength of 242nmResults and Conclusion It had a good linearity over the concertration range of 0027～0414mg/mlThe average recovery was 989% with RSD of 058%
