摘要:目的与方法:探讨丹参水溶性成分对中枢神经系统缺氧保护的作用和机理。以小鼠急性脑缺氧实验、耐化学性缺氧实验和全脑缺血动物模型三种不同的脑损伤方式,观察丹参水溶性成分对中枢神经系统缺血缺氧状态的影响。结果与结论:丹参水溶性成分能增加脑组织的耐缺氧能力、提高机体的血氧利用率,降低机体的耗氧量和降低自由基损伤等多个途径而实现对中枢神经系统的保护。关键词:丹参水溶性成分;中枢神经系统;保护
Study of the Protective Effects on the Ischemic and Anoxic Central Nerve System of Danshen’s Hydrosoluble Compositions

Abstract: Objective and Method: To study the effects and the mechanisms of Danshen’s hydrosoluble compositions on the ischemic and anoxic central nerve system. Experimental modles includes three means of injury on brain of mouse suffering from acute cerebral ischemia、mouse tolerant to ischemia reduced by chemical and global brain ischemic animals. We observe the effects of Danshen’s hydrosoluble compositions on the ischemic and anoxic central nerve system. Result and Conclusion: Danshen’s hydrosoluble compositions can improve the tolerence to anoxia of brain markedly、increase the utility of oxygen in body blood 、decrease the oxygen consumption in organism、relieve the damage of free radicles and so on. By those means Danshen’s hydrosoluble compositions protect the central nerve system. ......
